DSpace Dublin Core Simple Archive Format

Technical Details:
Validates qualified Dublin Core in the XML encoding described in the DSpace manual, section 8.3.1, with the elements and qualifiers listed in Appendix A. Local qualifiers that have been added: "none".
ISO 639-1 language codes with qualifiers validate with either "_" or "-", for example, "en_US" or "en-US".
A type has been included to valid the document node when an instance includes more than one dublin_core record. Add xsi:type="rootType" to the document node.
